How did I miss this? 
The movie version of Cirque Du Freak is coming out this year and the cast is amazing. Salma Hayek and John C. Reilley!
I love these books, they're short and devilish and totally tween scary.

Whoa, that is an impressive cast. Decent director, too... I only read the first of these books, the one we read for YA lit. It didn't make a big impression, I can't remember it well.
